I'm a guy who used to study ants in the neotropical rainforests in Panama. Before that, I was a critical care tech in an emergency room in Texas. Before that I was a professional tuba player. Before that, I was a Marine. Before that....OK, OK, needless to say, I would have been a renaissance man if I had not discovered social media. Alas, my aspirations were dashed in a cacophonous disaster of wasted time. Then, God intervened. I resisted. He won. Nowdays, I'm a Christian, husband, father, teacher, friend, pacifist, and M.Div. student at Oklahoma Christian University striving to live a life worthy of the Gospel (Phil. 1.27). Sometimes I live worthily, sometimes I don't. I currently serve as a preaching intern at Alameda Church of Christ in Norman, Oklahoma. They let me work and serve, despite my tendency to talk about why everyone should take Jesus seriously and be a pacifist.
