Five Reasons Fatigue Isn't Like Normal Tiredness (Proving Most People Don't Get It)

But the worst for me (from your post, not the fatigue scale) is omg #2 -- Fatigue causes huge neuropathy events when I am ready to sleep, where my bones feel cold in their core but I'm hot, and I can't seem to regulate. I get under the covers then stick my legs out then get icy and pull them back in and overheat. I run low fevers. I get skin patches that feel badly sunburned. Sometimes I *tremble* all over. I have asked for help getting my lorazepam (for sleep, on nights like these) if I'm on the side facing away from the nightstand because rolling over is Just. Too. Hard. Autoimmunity sucks landscaping pumice through bendy straws. And that's just RA, I don't have *lots* of uncontrolled chronic diseases.

Re: Natalie Portman Stuns on Red Carpet As She Makes Writing and Directorial Debut at Toronto Film Festival

How is she a "starlet"?

Re: Serotonin lies at the intersection of pain and itch

My eczema was just as bad, as a child, when I lived on a farm and we drank our cows' own fresh, whole, raw milk as it was before and after, with homogenized, pasteurized milk.

Re: TK Things Your Yoga Teacher Wants to Tell You

The photo above is one person doing one pose, not a range of bodies or poses.

Re: Watch A Child Dismantle Foxs Panic Over Gender-Neutral Restrooms

"Why is the torso so big and the dress so small." -- Wow, go after the deep questions.

Re: SC Restaurant Owner Refuses To Serve Blacks, Cites Religious Beliefs

Do they have a vegetarian option?

Re: Top 10 Skull Hoaxes

Science is hard.

Re: It Happened to Me: I Have Fibromyalgia

Sick to pieces of alternative health advice.
