I usually run around 3-4 but have had some 5s lately that could have been 6s. But the worst for me (from your post, not the fatigue scale) is omg #2 -- Fatigue causes huge neuropathy events when I am ready to sleep, where my bones feel cold in their core but I'm hot, and I can't seem to regulate. I get under the covers then stick my legs out then get icy and pull them back in and overheat. I run low fevers. I get skin patches that feel badly sunburned. Sometimes I *tremble* all over. I have asked for help getting my lorazepam (for sleep, on nights like these) if I'm on the side facing away from the nightstand because rolling over is Just. Too. Hard. Autoimmunity sucks landscaping pumice through bendy straws. And that's just RA, I don't have *lots* of uncontrolled chronic diseases.

My eczema was just as bad, as a child, when I lived on a farm and we drank our cows' own fresh, whole, raw milk as it was before and after, with homogenized, pasteurized milk.

Sick to pieces of alternative health advice. It's like all the paleo and all the vegan people have a shared calendar so they can effectively take turns suggesting whether I should go grain free or go meat free (or tomato, gluten, dairy free).

Mary, diagnosed with RA about 15 years ago, haven't yet found a medicine (or magical diet) that works.

We can't slow it down much, but knowing why enables us to change some behaviors (because overwhelming scientific evidence points to it being mostly anthropogenic) and slow it down and make things work better into the next century.

We *do* have to be ready, change is here; the Carteret Islanders are evacuating their home. But we can still look at reasons.

Are you nuts? Nathan Lane? Jodie Foster? Who was shocked by those? And *most* gay celebs "we didn't know were gay," all of them came out or were outed at some point, if we know. Right? (And at least a couple or three in there -- Gillian Anderson, Cary Grant, Eleanor Roosevelt -- were or are not gay, they were or are bi, at best.

I know this might seem intimate, cut I just want to snuggle up with this article. it shares ago much about California that is incredible and fascinating. I love the detail and simple explanations.

I walk over a tiny compression ridge one block to get to the playground with my kid. That playground lies on a walking tour of the Hayward Fault. The condition of the driveways on that ridge tell me what I want to know about investing in a house on that ridge.

I love living here.
