I've burned myself too many times getting my hopes up. It's really quite depressing thinking that you did so well and to so matter-of-factly be told by an online score that you didn't pull it off. I'll wait till I see some KS people saying that they received their scores before I check.

I haven't checked yet. It's too emotional to build up to checking the score. I actually don't care if I find out tonight or not.

kourtneesmom....there have been many people that have failed more than 3 times in a row that have gone on to pass the exam....and with a lot lower scores than a 74. I'm just saying.

This post will probably be deleted, but oh well. I think anybody frustrated with NASBA's score release procedures should email cpaexam@nasba.org and let them know how you feel. Sort of like emailing your senator or congressman.

I will answer you Jeff next week after I study this week for AUD which I take on Friday, July 3rd. My 5th attempt. I will call you Phil next week as well. I think it best that I focus my energies and time this week on AUD. Thanks for understanding and being interested in helping me. Thank you.

My scores for FAR are as such:
FAR1=56, FAR2=60

Not a good start with this section. I've used Yaeger to study both times. I think I'm generally weak at all the content in FAR. That's probably not 100% true, but it feels that way.

I've passed REG & BEC so far.
Still struggling with AUD.

Looks like I will start this discussion off. I'm obviously struggling with AUD. My scores have been as such:

AUD1=55, AUD2=66, AUD3=68, AUD4=71

The good news, my score keeps increasing. I've seen some people whose scores went back down. So that's good.

The bad news is that for the past couple exams, I walked out of the center thinking that I nailed it! I studied so hard! I studied so many hours!

The following are the review materials that I used for each part:
AUD1=Becker, AUD2=Yaeger/Wiley, AUD3=Yaeger/Bisk/Wiley, AUD4=Yaeger/Wiley

I'm scheduled to take AUD5 on July 3rd. I'm not going to waste time listening to lectures again. I'm just going to do the MCQs on the Wiley software and in the Wiley book. I'm going to give SIMs a little bit more attention. I'm going to print off the latest AICPA released AUD MCQs and SIMs and study those as well.

I have passed REG and BEC.
I've failed FAR twice and not by close margins. That's another story.

I would appreciate any thoughts, comments, stories, similar situations that could encourage me.

ConsitutionState_Tax....I agree with you 100% about it doesn't matter what your score is as long as you pass. I agree. I celebrate with you about your BEC score. It doesn't get my goat.

My comment was in response to John - NY. How does a candidate feel he/she could do so bad, but receive a near perfect 99? To that I say, it's psychological. If you ConstitutionState_Tax walked out of the test center thinking you failed, but actually scored an 82...that's awesome! I'm just saying that a person that ultimately aced the exam thinking their performance was subpar belittles those of us that do think we performed horrible and receive confirmation of that with a failing score.
