It’s smart that you are willing to take the time to thoroughly test your products and release them only when they are ready. That’s a great way to keep your customers happy and build brand loyalty. Well, I’m off to Rolandoland to play the secret levels!

Re: WordFu Post-Mortem

Thank you for sharing your experiences and lessons learned from putting together this addicting game.

Re: gamemakers @ ngmoco:) - A gem of a presentation from 2008...

Thanks for posting the link. It's interesting to see the influences and ideas that came together to create Rolando. What a different game it would be if Simon stuck with swipes instead of using the accelerometer.

Mark

Re: gamemakers @ ngmoco:) - Why the iPhone Just Changed Everything

Neil, you’ve already convinced me to dive right into the iPhone dev. world! After watching that video of your presentation, I joined the iPhone Developer Program. Now, I’m working through the examples in the “Beginning iPhone Development” book and coming up with application ideas. What an awesome platform!

In addition to learning the SDK, I’m playing…I mean “researching” all the entertaining ngmoco games. I got hooked on Rolando and now my wife and I are addicted to Word Fu! Keep the great games (aka “research material”) coming!
:)

Mark

Re: gamemakers @ ngmoco:) - Why the iPhone Just Changed Everything

Neil,

I've been excited about iPhone development ever since I saw the video of your informative "iPhone is > than..." presentation at iPhoneDevCamp. I'm really looking forward to this presentation. See you at GDC!
:)

Mark
