Generally, that's a requirement by the credit card issuers. But when you shop at Meijer etc. the cashier doesn't care whose card you are using. So this thing is valid only if the merchant is aware of this policy. You can always shop online without all these concerns.
But yes, that makes handy if you lost a card.

Yes, but if you see, the interface, you don't have any friends or anything at all. You just keep scribing what you are doing right now and that's it. How is it gonna help in communication unless you are talking to someone particular?
When you compare it with Facebook and Orkut, at least you are talking to your friends and sending them messages, but I don't think twitter does it that way.
By the way, I am not a great fan of either of these. But I do use them to make new friends. I am not sure if in near future I will be using twitter though.

Thanks 'Aubrey' for adding some extra points to this list. I appreciate it.
At the same time I agree with 'Ety W.' as Ubuntu might become a victim or viruses once it become popular. But I think viruses are there as there are companies who sell their software to protect them. In Ubuntu or any Linux, you don't buy anything so I think virus for Ubuntu won't make much of a business sense.
Let's see.
And yes, 'Butwheaty'....dude, I have used Windows ME, XP, Vista and Ubuntu. I wouldn't think twice in saying that Ubuntu is far better than any Windows version. With so much less resources, it works like a charm. Anyone who have used Ubuntu will never go back to Windows, I am sure. Unless he is using some proprietary software which is not yet available in Ubuntu. Else everyone who loves performance instead of wasting his time for Windows PCs to respond, will love Ubuntu.

There are couple of things that might be causing this:
1. The CD might be bad. Try it on some different machine. Shortest method is to check SUM.
2. Your computer might not be able to boot from CD. Some company owned laptops are known to be restricted like that.
Else you tell me your computer configuration and brand, I might be able to find out the cause.
You can also try to search for help on Ubuntu Forum at http://ubuntuforums.org

Well, I am hearing about that site for the first time. Thanks for giving me one more resource for Linux information.
May be you just happen to match apples to apples because all of the points mentioned here are true and will remain true no matter who wrote it first. And anyone who will ever write about linux will write about these points only.

Actually those with feedproxy..address should be the one using Google Ads for Feeds, a new feature for those using Google Adsense.

I don't know if I need to say thanks or I should ask you to remove my entire article from your blog.
First thing first:
You have just copied everything from my blog and pasted in your post, which is simply creating a duplicate content. Even though you have provided a link back, but you can't simply copy entire content and use it.
Instead you could use a small paragraph and provide a link back to my post, so that people reading on your blog, go to my blog to read the entire content.
By doing the thing you have done, you just created a duplicate content right here on your blog. So even though there is a link back, there is very high chance people will not even go to my blog.
I request you to remove the entire post and if you want you can just write a small paragraph and then link it back to my blog.

I tried Joost last year and install the application on my Vista laptop. But as soon as I understood, it can run without application, I didn't use it at all and uninstalled the second day.

But now when Joost is available online, I will give it another try, but ya as you mentioned, Hulu really has the best quality online video and movies. It doesn't even feel like I am watching it online.

Joost will have a hard time competing with these services out there.

It is a pain to create an account and install a plug-in just to watch something on Joost whilst it is available free without any catch and PIB elsewhere pretty well.

Still they are not getting what public demand is.

Hello everyone,

It is beyond debate that there are numerous services available now a day. And every day new services are joining this crazy crowd.

Recently I have done a research to provide my visitors OVER 100 places to share files (Photo, video, music or any other kind). I had to split the post in parts, though I plan to again compile them in one post again. If you guys wanna check, here are the two parts of it:
