Labour know they have a freak govt opportunity - and they will loose power at the next GE.

They are going to try and create on of those The Party always stays in power type arrangements.

The best thing for the next govt to do is repeal all legislation after July 2024 as their first act.

The R parties are not socially conservative, and you can argue if they are really political parties or fan clubs. The only UK wide party that is explicitly is The Heritage Party.

David Kurten has written for TCW and is standing as a candidate at the Bexley and Sidcup By election - as you can see from his answer. He founded this party about 1 year ago.

No rich backers ( though they would no doubt be welcome), just members. But worthy of a mention.

That's hard enough, without the suspicion that your situation is being ignored as part of a wider conspiracy.

Matt Hancock's future is secured. Those who lavish appointments and such like nothing better than someone with flaws they know about and who are compromised. They are so much easier to control. Mr Hancock has a stellar future, at least until he stands to account for his life at final judgement.

The rebellion on the right is too fixated with what is right in front of it - lockdown and vaccination.

Tice can't command loyalty from local branches or even candidates as his party is built on the desire to ignore the poor bloody infantry, and made half of them stand down last time. Fox doesn't understand ground level politics.

But the former UKIP insurgents still exist, as independents, people who have yet to be fired by UKIP HQ ( not many of them left these days ), For Britain ( that has tried and failed to take off ) and the Heritage Party.

The Heritage party is distinct in having an analysis of the culture war and how to tackle it. It has a cheerful and brave leader, what its lacks is a small fraction of the backing Fox gets without trying, and Tice already had as his own.

If you want to push UK politics back towards our Christian Heritage and away from the Woke Jar Null extremists then please think about giving serious support to David Kurten. A quite modest financial backing could make a very real difference.

A copy of this presentation would be handy. But the approach isn't new - Govt has been briefing on how to persuade people about this with reports like "The Rules of the Game" for decades.

The science isn't settled, and they know it. What they fear, or should fear, is everyone else realising they are being manipulated and conned.

The challange for Tice will be to create a political party.

The Brexit Party was a useful ruse, but not a party.

You need people willing to work on the ground year on year for 20 years, not just lawyers and public figures who fancy being in parliament and on Newsnight.

And you need a identity and philosophy, not just a fan club.

This is why many of the former UKIP members haven't joined reform ( that and the rather obvious history to being held to account from a certain person).

History on Brexit is busy being re-written, but the truth is it was UKIP that won the day. Forget that and forget why and you are doomed.

The truth is the Conservative party isn't, its just a decoy for your votes. ( Yes at election time they will sing any song you ask, but it's what they do that counts).

I wonder if pat of the plan isn't to try to bypass clergy in faithful churches, and coach hard cases to fully occupy the time of those clergy with safeguarding complaints, bullying accusations etc.

It seems a split in the church is coming, the delay is only as the wolves manoeuvre to get the largest part of the carcass.

What is needed is a counter strategy, explaining to companies the risks they are running.

Imagine being sued by your employees as you ran an environment that favoured one group over another. ( In fact you don't Mrs to imagine just consider Burnish council).

We need to archive and record - start building evidence for future law suits against woke organisations for the life chances and human right violations they are engadged in.

There was a careful balance before devolution, but now devolution has wrecked the Union.

The answer is not to treat Scotland like a moody teenager and tell them they can't afford to leave, and offer a bribe of a newer play station. That will never change the dynamic that is eating out the soul of the Union.

Yes Scotland would be an economic basket case for a while, but the economy would re-balance after a decade or three and eventually all would be well. ( The Irish eventually got things going - after a UK bailout that everyone forgets about ).

What is needed is hope not fear. A new Union that people want to be part of. Not one based on bribery but on mutual benefit, common endeavour and family. TO achieve this the Separatists need to be confronted ( note there's nothing wrong with nationalism ).

The whole of the UK needs a new vision - England needs its own govt and parliament. Wales can consider if they want in or out of that, I think the English would accept either approach. HMG needs to stand up to the empire building in the devolved administration - take back some competences ( Education, Police and Health and three obvious ones - plus force rotation of the UK civil service through the whole country and target 50% of Scottish students to go to out of Scotland Universities - end the narrow minded view of the UK l). Maybe the Scottish parliament is part time like the Texas legislature, this will stop the eternal agitation. Clip their wings and make it clear who the winners are going to be.

This is best done by laying a trap for the devolved executive - don't just confront on their terms, learn the lesson from Mrs T - roll the pitch before the battle.

Winning will be the destruction of the SNP ( indeed a promise to disband should be a min requirement for any vote that they might lose again ).

Then the whole of the UK is involved and the discussions on the new UK solution are nation wide - not just restricted to the inward looking nasty central belt extremists in the Scots stay at home media.

The Nats have been planning to erode and destroy the UK for decades, destroying them will take equal commitment and cunning.

This would be a better article if the author mentioned Soros, silicon valley and also the vast funding advantage the left has embedded in Universities and public services.

The electoral commission forgot that the appearance of impartiality matters, or perhaps they thought that stopping Brexit was worth spending the capital on ? Either way they lost. The consequences of their unacceptable behaviour now have to be faced up to. They do not enjoy the support or confidence of much of the country.

If you are actually serious about making politics more transparent Nick you'll need to include the tricks and funding of the left as well as the right. Your paranoia about Cummings just doesn't justify another left wing partisan attack and attempt to embed advantage.
