The camera functions abruptly stop working and crashes any app which ties to use it. I haven't been able to figure out why. Rebooting fixes the issue.

I was using my Pib+ with OMV but when i recently tried to update to the latest version i've been having some problems. Even got the Pi3zero and now working on setting it up. Think i killed my SD card so now i have to get a new one. :-(
But it was a nifty Network share for transferring files between systems especially when i didn't trust the malware-aware etiquette of laptops and desktop users.
I tend to end up fixing Mac, Windows and Linux systems for friends and its nice to be able to send them onto my NAS with its own wifi so they stay off my network but can get to useful software without having to wait for them to download again.

Bluetooth , camera and wifi acting up.
Wifi & Bluetooth turn themselves on/off randomly.
Camera will reload the home screen instead of showing the camera app. Phone has to be restarted to work. Lasts about 2 hours between restarts.
Similar with Bluetooth, freezes up and crashes only hard restart solves it.
Fingerprint scanner stopped working.

Avoiding the problem.. Don't make digital images you don't want shared.
Think before you take that picture, Apple was not the problem. Folks using technology they don't take the time to understand are the problem.

When signing up for new services i know i won't be using forever i don't give them any real information besides the name; DoB, mother's name, etc. Are all false. Password reset info unconnected answers to the question. Written down and stored in paper or with acronyms that only a twisted mind like mine would get.

Nope, no sexual offence has occurred. Indecent actions yes. Devalues real social problems but slapping a serious label on a decision she made herself in storing unencrypted sensitive images despite repeated seccurity breach all over the web. She could have deleted it right after sending them but didn't.

An in depth educational campaign has to be undertaken for both end users who create sensitive materials and (black/White hat) hackers as well on the ethical implication for all users of the internet.

Give it time, the sheeples are waking up. Took me a while to notice the limited viewpoint i was getting on technology news till after using knoppix for 3yrs and realising that there really were better ways to use an OS that didn't have to rely on proprietary platforms.

was hoping they'd go more into the types of available bright energy efficient LEDs and other DC power systems that are more effective to use when saving energy. especially when wired to DC power systems directly (pv-solar, wind, etc)

As far s any governing goes it should be all the citizens taking active participation in all affairs of state. making sure all activities are followed through from inception to realisation. they may not be active participants in all the work but information must feed back into the crowd so better decision can be made if those plans aren't going well. instead of wasting resources on social experiments which are not working, now and in the future...

biggest impediment is the current communications infrastructure,
its owner ship and management is still predominantly owned and run by the old guards and the master controllers. outdated batch.

we'll learn as time goes on.

rss, picture rendering of text, udp streaming and encryption. then pack it into something that can run on java.
pack it along with another application. and release it. only tell people about the encrypted p2p chat after the distraction app is popular... pow!

i'd even venture to go as far back to the days of dialling up the computer u wanted to exchange data with...
yea, was being a bit sarcastic... but.. i agree its a waste of resources after having gone through all that work and paid so much to build so much infrastructure for the system. greed is prob the same reason why they still haven't turned on much of the talked about dark fibre.

sometimes when i read what is going on from the comforts of being away from it all i realise how annoying it is. i can't watch a lot of shows (from ghana) online anymore just because of my IP address. 1st was last.fm that switched and made it self paid for international users, then i can't watch on-line tv shows.. (yes i know i can use proxies but its an annoying precess finding one that's still active and all that. sigh. then there's torrents... and bandwidth caps... smh. #vodafailghana
