Just curious: Are operators at risk for providing beer bottles and small wine bottles in onboard coolers, a row of small liquor tumblers, and/or complimentary champagne? I've seen these in limos before. -- Martin

Well, it looks like the article I linked to is wrong. Latest list of Cash For Clunkers purchases shows people actually bought small to mid-sized cars. Corrected information below:

As of Friday, car buyers in the U.S. had signed deals to trade in 358,851 clunkers for new vehicles, getting rebates of up to $4,500 from the federal government. Most of the trades have been pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles. The top 10 vehicles purchased by those making clunker trades:
