I had a similiar situation with Litton Loans last year. They lie to you regarding modification. Thank God I short sold my home of 5 years rather going into foreclosure. Now I am building back my credit score and pray to GOD I will be back in a home in the next 12 months.

Listen Madonna, I am not saying in all cases this happens but in a majority. Also, NH is a difference world than Massachusetts. Although they don't have as many resources as Mass, they tend to do stuff a little better than Mass when it comes to justice and freedom.
