Yeah, due to the number of injured players makes you wonder. This is not football, it's basketball. Injuries due happen, but you start to wonder when you have half of your players injured way before the first exhibition game.

This kid reminds me of watching video highlights of Peter Jurkin, except Jurkin looked alot more powerful and confident as a post player. He is a better shot blocker than Jurkin. If he signs with IU, I hope that he will start off alot better than what we all seen from Jurkin.

Dean Garrett 1986-1988
Alan Henderson 1991-1995
George Leach 1999-2003

These were the last players that average around 2 blocks a game during their careers. I believe (Jeff Newton) broke Dean Garrett's shot block record for a career.

Correct me, if I'm wrong. I am going by my IU Hoosier memory.

You are joking, right? This kid has extreme athletic ability with the skills and mentality to play the game. If he doesn't start next season, I guarantee that he will be on the court playing crucial minutes and during crunch time.

The bench will need to come through with more than Will Sheehy if IU is going to have a chance to even when the Big Ten Championship. I feel that IU is not playing good b-ball. I believe if IU can get it's bench going this can alleviate a lot of pressure from the starters to play at it's best to win these games. I am very disappointed with the bench play, other than Will, IU is not getting much.

Yeah and you see how that workout, unfortunately. Just because you average this many points don't necessary transfer to the next level. It depends on the player and how his game will evolve.

Yeah, it makes you wonder if he will even be coming to IU next year or go via the prep route. You hate to see this happen to a student-athlete that committed so early during high school, especially when IU was down, he still committed along with D. Davis. I hope everything will work out well for C. Hartman.

Still the verdict on IU is out until they get a BIG conference road win (The Iowa win was nice but still some doubt.) So, we cannot be too confident on IU winning these games with ease; however, IU sure clearly win these games without a doubt. I am still waiting for a breakout conference game for a few players even thought IU has only played just one Big Ten game.

NO one answered my question about Crean using his bench more and pressing and wearing out teams which he mentioned to do this season.
