I miss those days as well.
I remember discussing Anthony Bourdain with you. I just finished reading Kitchen Confidential today. It is a must read! Gives me a whole new perspective on the cooking world and his life in general.

It's good to get away for awhile.
Anthony Bourdain is incredible. I picked up a couple of his books at the bookstore the other day. I can't wait to read them. His show is addicting as well.
