I think highly targeted banner ads can actually work, as annoying as they are. (i.e. the unheard-of success of Obama's banner ads.) I do think that the conversion rates are abysmal for most companies, though.

Congrats! What new ideas will you bring to Ford? I am interested in watching how their social media efforts develop with you at the helm. And Dearborn is not so bad...

As someone who is just getting familiar with social media, this is a great resource. I love how Common Craft can take a somewhat complicated topic and turn it into something so simple. While I am getting a bowl of my fav ice cream, Pistachio, I am going to think about ways to use podcasts on our social media site.
