Besides all of these other countries that provide free medical care better than the United States, our firemen and EMTs who volunteered at ground zero during the 9-11 tragedy went to Cuba to receive medical care they could not get in the United States. The sick people tried to get into the Naval base to get the same treatment we give the terrorist but the firemen, EMTs and elderly were denied.
