B.P. you go girl! "True Americans" don't need the government. Those of us over 65 don't need no stickin' Medicare or Social Security! All we need is our Children. They'll support us. We don't need the military forces! God, Guns and our Children is all we need!

By the way, with the passage of the "Patriot Act", Government will be in your private life for quite a while.

As Dick Army (R) stated, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid should be out of the government's grip. Socialism is socialism. Then we could see how the United States which by the way include the following, the elderly (who will have to live with their kids), the poor (who really are used to it), the middle class (who will have to support their kids and parents), the rich (who will lose money because no one is spending money) survive. Get rid of other socialistic practices, free school, national parks, museums, etc. Believe what you think is right, but don't be a hypocrite. Get the government out of the H1N1 vaccinations! Jeeze, the gov't is everywhere one looks.

As Dick Army (R) has stated, Social Security, Medicare and Medicade should be removed from our government's grip. Socialism is socialism and trying to have it both ways is a hypocritical. Get rid of all socialism in American and see how the USA, the elderly (who will have to live with their children), the poor (who are use to it), the rich (who won't have jobs or be rich), the middle class (who have to take care of their parents and children) survive. Time to get rid of the socialistic practice of "free schools" and museums, national parks, PBS, etc...Fight for what you think is right, but don't be a hypocrite!
