Hiya, sweetie! I don't generally, and the kiddos don't care. They enjoy eating their stuff room temp, it's faster than if they had to cool it down with a warm pack or warm it up in the microwave if it were cold. The food is refrigerated overnight and taken out as a last second thing before we leave, it slowly comes to room temp by lunch :)

Interesting! I haven't used that type of cheese nor have I pan prepared it in some time (I'm usually a toaster oven or oven girl here myself). I'm wondering which of the two it is, the type of cheese or the pan preparation vs the oven. I think I might experiment myself to see which it is this weekend (if the snow lets up)!

Excellent choice for cheese, Tien! One of our favorites! I think your cheese was thicker cut, yes? I've used thick shreds before with an ooey-gooey result! The thinner the slice, the crispier the cheese will get (and some prefer that) whereas the finer the shred or slice, the crispier the cheese will get when cooked, too.

Hi, Fran! No worries on asking this question! None of the oils in this recipe, save for Grapefruit, need to be diluted with topical application, which is the reason why the ratio is higher. :)
