Yes they are subject to the charter, which clearly defines in section 29 29. Nothing in this Charter abrogates or derogates from any rights or privileges guaranteed by or under the Constitution of Canada in respect of denominational, separate or dissentient schools. NOTHING IN THIS CHARTER.. that means that Catholic schools, which comply to the beliefs of the Catholic church OVERRIDE ANY THING else.

What this article doesn't bother to say is how much the farmers PAY in taxes in years they don't get the insurance payout. If they are taking more than they pay, I have an issue with that, but if it is only 1 in 5 years that they get an insurance coverage, and most years they are PAYING taxes, then they are really just supporting themselves. Conservatives aren't against helping people out, we are against creating a culture of dependence where people receive more than they get. That isn't happening here.

Sorry Jack, you are the one wrong here. They meant the desktop as in your windows desktop, not desktops vs laptops vs tablets. Read the article again. By saying the desktop is dead, it means microsoft has abandoned having the "desktop" as where you work, and has moved to the new interface style.

I mean it isn't like educated people could possibly know what causes babies and maybe use SELF CONTROL. There are about 3 days a month when a woman can get pregnant. I am seeing a lot of comments on here about how Bush was not to blame, but local democrats were. And they are true. But George Bush wasn't concerned with blame. He wanted results, and he wanted civility. We could use a lot more of that today. George Bush will be proven in time to have been a great leader at a time when America needed it. I think he made many mistakes, every president does and every president will. Those who blame him are the small ones. He can sleep soundly.

I assume since you don't think children should be banned based on, in your opinion, immutable characteristics, then I assume you support girls joining the boy scouts. You don't believe that children should be segregated by sex in washrooms. After all why should a normal straight child have to spend a night in tent with a child that might be sexually attracted to them. Would you let girls camp in tents with hormone crazy teenage boys? If not then there is ample reason TO segregate. Why not just start a gay scouts. They can do all the stuff they want and have gay leaders too. Don't put normal people in that environment.

Being gay is being defined by sexuality. If a priest is celibate are they straight? Are they gay? No - they are celibate. To be gay is to be sexually active. Same sex attraction is a weakness, but giving into that weakness is the sin. We don't suggest alcoholics drink themselves to sleep every night, because that is what they are! We don't celebrate philandering among married people. Doing sinful things is not good. It can't be celebrated.

The delusion isn't what the individual did, but that the guy thinks he is a woman. He can have all the surgery he wants, but he is a man. It is actually a mental disorder - Gender identity disorder. Treating a man as a woman would be like catering to the delusion of a paranoid schizophrenic. Their hallucinations aren't real, and pretending they are doesn't actually help the person.

Why do you think I despise anyone? I want people that need help to get help, not be told their problem is a good thing. I care more about their mental and spiritual well being than you do.

I even use the terminology that they like. Queer is common vernacular for the LGBT afflicted. They use it themselves.

What persecution of them have I called for?? I criticized a hateful post by a person that claimed Christians weren't persecuted. I also simply asked how many delusional transvestites have made a positive impact. So you can name 1. Yay. I can name a lot more normal people.

High suicide rate? Hmm.. might have something to do with having an untreated mental disorder. Low employment? Might have something to do with the fact that people don't want a man in a dress pretending he is a woman working as their salesperson. Murder rates high? Yes - but who is murdering them? In most cases it is when they are working as a prostitute and their customer finds out they are not what they advertise. Live a life of crime, don't be surprised if you are a victim of one.

To make the claim that everyone in society has to take part in their hallucination is akin to opening the doors of the mental hospitals and having to recognize that everyone that thinks they are Napoleon are actually Napoleon. They are mentally dysfunctional - treat THAT.
