Ate at Pao a few months ago, overall a pretty good experience. We had the toro (which was to die for), the some fried rice, and the whole fish. All food tasted delicious (though the dessert was a bit underwhelming). Prior to ordering, we were assured that the fish was totally de-boned - unfortunately, this was surely not the case. By the end of our meal, I had a mound of small bones collected on the plate. Ordinarily this wouldn't have bothered me so much, had we not been assured that there would be no bones in the fish. As a result, we were comped a dessert. Regardless, I'd go back again.

Give you aspirin AND nitroglycerin!? Except that aspirin may enhance the antihyperintensive effect of nitroglycerin, which, uh, wouldn't do much good for someone who is having a heart attack - I think, anyway. (Science isn't sure about the exact mechanism, but it's mediated through the prostaglandin system.)

When I was younger, I used to get cysts on the back of my neck. I was prescribed some sort of medication (don't remember what it was), and that helped out a lot. Also, are you still taking some any sort of birth control? Maybe it's a hormonal imbalance and your sebaceous glands are acting up because of it. I'm not an expert of female hormones, but that could help out. You said you're no longer covered for health insurance, so I don't know if you're trying to avoid going to the doctor altogether, but maybe you could have a friend get and run a script for you? Or maybe something like Proactiv would help.

Have you tried telling him the same things you've been telling Tumblr? Do yourself a favor and talk to the guy! Don't tell him that you can't concentrate when he's around (that'll just stroke his ego), but just tell him that you're no longer interested or something - that it was fun while it lasted, but now you need to focus on new things so that you can take care of yourself.

This reminds me of some video (or maybe it's the pictures from the trip?) that I saw a while back about two guys who go on a trip basically to burn all of their money. I think they hit up Las Vegas and Paris and then another city. They do a bunch of crazy stuff, go sky diving, imbibe in massive amounts of booze and coke, etc etc. Are these pictures from that trip, or is it something different? And if it's the same, can you please provide me with a link to the video of the trip? I can't find it and it's racking my brains out. Thanks.
