A number of offensive comments have been removed from this thread and others.
We asked at the outset that posters keep it civil. Obviously, some haven't gotten the message.
To be more specific, we ask that you:
1. Stick to the point.
2. Keep it clean.
3. Don't insult others.
We welcome your opinions, including unpopular ones, and encourage the free and open exchange of ideas.
But comments that cross the line of civility will be removed, and posters who can't abide by these simple rules will be banned from the site.

We are having technical difficulties with the broadcast from Londonderry, particularly with the video feed. We are attempting to correct the problems before Sen. Obama speaks. We are also recording the speech and will post it in full later.

This is our second test of the new ET TV feature. The problem here is the lack of WiFi access to the Internet from the Londonderry rally. The McCain campaign supplied WiFi access for last night's broadcast of the Sarah Palin rally in Salem so we had fewer difficulties.
