I fully agree, by his actions the aggressive road raged driver displayed signs of intimidation and showed a potential to cause harm and bodily injury to the person sitting inside of his car.

By simply showing his weapon, the driver inside the car showed he was still willing to level with the guy and prevent further escalation of violence.

Kudos to the level-headed driver who chose to remain inside his vehicle.

If the other driver had just approached the vehicle without banging on it, I would say that saying sorry would have sufficed, but all of the signs of aggression caused the driver to fear for his life and feel that he may need to shoot the aggressor to stop the violence.

Cruz' mother was born and raised in Delaware.

This one is a no brainer, by his mother being naturally born in the US, Ted Cruz is a Naturally Born US Citizen.

This is a bad angle to use to attack an opponent, since it is not difficult at all to determine that Cruz is a Naturally Born US Citizen.

That is the real question in this case, who is the real killer?

If it can't be proven that Hernandez shot and killed Odin Lloyd, the court will throw out the case and he may be acquitted.

Proving that Hernandez fired the gun (.45 Cal.) that they say killed Lloyd is looking pretty slim right now and that's why the police must keep digging to find that gun while gathering all sorts of other evidence.

It will be tough to prove Hernandez did it without the murder weapon.

Yes, you are right, I almost forgot...the taxes are ridiculously high on new vehicles, I don't get it, owning a newer car is helping the environment, therefore there should be a tax break for that, but it's all the way around. It does feel like a punishment to own a new car.

Good for you on getting a POS for your next car, you can use all the money you save for paying off debt and going on vacations.

You can be charged regarding shooting at someone with a firearm even if there's no firearm, if you were seen (which career criminal Michael Realejo was seen) shooting at police. Reading the story, he was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and will be charged with additional charges if DNA and ballistics tests match the gun that was found.

This career criminal needs to be pulled from the streets for at least a good 25 years to life.

There's also no correlation whatsoever between LEGAL gun ownership vs the actual crimes being committed (i.e. murder, robberies, etc.).

Your "Access to guns" statement does not include access to LEGAL guns.
