Hhaha, this move did suck... my boyfriend waited for months for a torrent to watch it and when we did he was SO disappointed. The book and the original were so much better.

I support you in pursuing your own music... But I am pretty upset that you are not playing the shows you scheduled, to me that is just unprofessional. I waited 6 years to see your band play live, bought all of your albums (some more than once!) And now you are backing out of a commitment. That is very disheartening for a fan to see something like that happen...

If that tour happens you have to come to Calgary like you are with Jack's Mannequin, I can't afford to spend my student loans on concerts + plane tickets. :P

Also, this is such a beautiful cover you have such a beautiful voice, probably my favourite singer currently active.... for sure.

All I have to say is that Zeppelin is never a bad choice.
Second off, congratulations on opening for KISS this is such a big deal I Am so excited to see what will happen for my favourite band after this. I'm sadly not attending any of the shows, but I am going to volunteer at my campus radio station and see what I can make happen this year, It's been a long five years without seeing you and the time will come!

Oh Billvy.
This is a pretty decent song, though so contradictory, to me at least. I mean, it really doesn't seem to patriotic to me once I listen to the lyrics. It might just because my grade twelve social teacher (I have a feeling you would love to meet this man, incorporated music into social studies so much) played it for us when we learned about the Vietnam war, dissecting the song line by line and discovering that it really kind of makes it seem liking being Born in the USA is both great and horrible. I wouldn't know, obviously, as I am being from Canada. Good song though, I definitely approve of the choice. To you I reccomend the Five Man Electrical Band, you know, the band that created the hit "Signs" in the 70's? I don't know if you'll dig it at all but they have some great songs that were really ahead of their time. Anyways, have a great Independence Day with your family and Happy Birthday to The Butcher!

I'm so excited for the new album it's not even funny, though I'd be more excited if I could find some way for you to play in Calgary after it drops, it's been a hard five years waiting to see you guys... 1) I am very glad to see you back in the internet Mr. Beckett!
2) Amazing song, I really like the way it all flows together and just sounds, I don't know, right. I think this was probably the perfect way to bring back SNMC.
