I'd love to see the sources that support this assertion, if they exist. A quality opinion column always has facts to back up the view. You also failed to mention in your complaints about the TB Rays that the rainbow patch and cap were opt-in and the players who didn't wear it were not forced. In addition, the players were free to express their outdated and scientifically wrong views that homosexuality is "behavior," as well as their belief that it is not in compliance with their religious views with no repercussions from Rays management. After that, you quote someone who supports your view on the patches with no examination if the acceptance might help someone who isn't a successful and confident writer but instead a confused teenager who has considered suicide. You're so busy trying to find the negativity of Pride, you never take a look at what the positives might be.

Re: Comment for a chance to win the book ‘Industrial Light & Magic: The Art of Innovation’

I must win this book. It's the final one I need to complete my collection of books with Forwards by Jon Favreau and Prefaces by Gore Verbinski.

Re: The lesser-known tropical region of tha Drrrrty Souf Philly

Wow, the patio chairs are coming in really nice this season. One thing that appeals to me most - it's a modern take on what journalism used to be. No matter who you are, write truthfully about what you know and you are welcome there. Media is becoming less about information and more about punditry. Examiner.com is providing a needed approach.
