Sounds like an excitingly busy schedule there! What's your interest in SCUBA? I am re-certifying this June in NJ and am off to St. Augustine for holiday. May get my rescue diver cert while I am there. I was on a rescue dive team in Heidelberg, Germany during Uni, but haven't been down under in years....so it should be lots of fun!

Know you always have a friend in me and that I understand where you are coming from more than you know! I feel really blessed that in some way we are on this journey together and it at least brings me comfort! If I can be at least a little comfort for you, it would be an honor.

I think changing our mindset is so much more difficult than changing our eating habits. Fundamentally we know the difference between healthy and unhealthy food choices, right? The emotional triggers to eating are so much harder to identify, process and overcome.
