My favorite animated movie would probably have to be Beauty and the Beast. There's just something about it that dare I say, is magical and it never gets old no matter how many times I watch it, or how old I get. The same moments always make me cry, and its emotional pitch never lessens. For a non-Disney choice, it'd have to be the first The Land Before Time film. Utterly depressing, but just as beautiful.

Very well said. And seriously, it's not like you pulled an Axl Rose or anything and jumped off stage mid-song into the pit to find the dude, it could've been so much worse than it was. (I love Axl, but it's the best example that I could think of for something like this.) There's not much more I can add because you've covered it already, but I agree with and respect you and I can't wait for the show on Friday!

I don't think it's that douchey. You guys are fully allowed to be stoked that someone you look up to not only likes Cobra, but got the message of it as well and it might be lame to keep using that as an intro on later tours when it's irrelevant but there's no harm in using it now. If it was someone you didn't even like or looked up to then I could see where the douche-o-meter would go up but I see it more as you guys being humbled by an idol of yours getting it than trying to brag in a negative way.

I'm a member of the fanclub, but I don't go to the forums or post there much because it's just not the environment I enjoy the most, but it's not hard for me to ignore it and it's also not like you guys are saying only the true fans post on the forums. After all, you read the post on DGS and the comments within, right? That proves that you DO care about what we think, no matter where we came from and post. I don't have any input as to what to do about the fanclub, but I have good faith in you guys figuring something out if you think it needs to change. (and I do think the M&Gs/EEs/contests work easier and are more organized with the fanclub than they were without it so even if there are flaws, I don't think the fanclub is 100% a bad thing by any means.)

Nobody can argue that you guys don't care, because that isn't true and even if Cobra gets to the point where you guys can't do as much as you could in the past with us, it doesn't mean you've stopped caring, it's just what comes with popularity and people shouldn't fault you for what's out of your control and what naturally happens when bands get bigger. This issue isn't really the band's fault or in your control so don't feel like it's something you did, you guys have always gone above and beyond to make us fans feel appreciated and I don't think that'll ever change, no matter how big you guys get or how many more fans you acquire.

All things considered, you guys sounded really good on Conan and doesn't everyone have a little bit of stage fright sometimes, especially when it comes to television performances? And I agree, what I've always loved about your singing is that the emotion of whatever the song is always comes through so well with your voice, it's real, not contrived and that's harder to come by these days.

And I've seen you guys four other times in the past, but seeing the show on Tuesday night at the Troubadour was incredible, that was the best show I've ever seen you guys put on. Thank you for sticking around for a bit after before going to the afterparty, hope you guys enjoyed the dolls! And because it can never be said enough, congratulations on Hot Mess!

Congratulations to The Audition! I can't wait to see them on tour with you guys, those'll be some amazing shows.

I think your deal makes the most sense and it's fair too. Though I would join your guys's fanclub no matter what, so the $30 fee or whatever wouldn't bother me. How exactly would it work with the CDs though, would they come with extra little things like codes to join the fanclub or what? As for the perks, I think things like presales (even though you guys already do that without a fanclub) and meet and greets are good. Even though you guys meet as many fans as you can anyway, maybe it would guarantee that you're able to meet more, or maybe they'll be more special than the usual hanging around? Not sure. I'm down with the fanclub idea though, because at some point you guys are going to blow up to the point where it'll be needed for some things.

Congratulations! I've never understood people that didn't want Cobras to get big, because you've been working at this for so long (and the others too, but like you said, 10 years deep) that at this point you deserve it so much, and of course you can be happy about that! Anyone who thinks otherwise is an asshole. I love that you guys do small clubs shows, but I'll be just as proud, if not more when you get to the point of headlining huge (arena?) tours.

And I was also in a bad mod before reading this, and it immediately cheered me up. Thanks for spreading the awesomeness. :)
