They are using a proprietary platform (or how they will like to call it "Framework", don't think they understand the difference between the 2), it's like a WIX written back in 1997, it's not scalable, follows none of the coding standards known to mankind, simple put, it's a big pile dried horse feces, and it just so happens that the person who wrote the platform is the CIO, and just like any developer, we are really sensitive about our work, so he doesn't want to do away with the platform, it's really frustrating for me because &lt;br&gt;1. I am not learning anything, instead, I have to unlearn a lot of the things I know so that I am able to work on the platform. &lt;br&gt;2.
