Hi all,

As Michael pointed out, we clearly underestimated how widespread cheating would be for Dropquest. Thousands of people following answer guides boasting '30 second completion times' weren't exactly what we had in mind. I do understand that it's not entirely fair for the handful of walkthroughs out there to ruin it for everyone else though, and if you feel wronged or insulted by our change of date, I can give you your free one gigabyte. And John, I know that we've done something bad here, but please refrain from talking down the work of my colleagues. I greatly respect their work as engineers as they have made great efforts to make sure Dropbox is as secure and reliable as you've come to expect. More important to note is that their line of work is entirely different from mine, and that only two members out of a team of forty actually worked on Dropquest. I take full responsibility for the miscommunication here, but I also ask for your restraint in tying the rest of the team in with my mistakes. Thanks.
