You, as in an INDIVIDUAL, do NOT have to buy insurance. That's a fact.
Can the government penalize you by taking any tax money your would have received after doing your taxes? Yes.
And if you are the type that gets a couple of thousand dollars back after you do your taxes you're an idiot anyways.

Actually he's right if you read the entire section.
IF your insurance HAD NOT CHANGED since the bill was passed YOU COULD KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL POLICY. HOWEVER....if ANYTHING had changed..such as the cost..even ONE PENNY..then you couldn't. And the insurance companies made sure your policy changed so they could soak you.
You need to pay attention to the WRITTEN work more and stop watching Fox. Fox is for idiots.

I saw them when they first came to America. They had 3 albums before they got here but they were not sold here. A friend just happened to pick them up in Germany. They were absolutely the strongest band I ever saw.The songs weren't perfect..which made them all the better as they laughed off the mistakes. I rate them above the Stones but EVERYONE is below the Beatles and Led Zeppelin.
