It's easy for consumers to sell their home themselves these days. Get it market ready and price it right and it WILL sell.

Never been sued but I wouldn't imagine going to court would be easy.

Re: Here’s How Your Disability Rating Affects Your VA Home Loan Benefit

I am a real estate consultant in Wichita KS. I don't agree or disagree, not market smart like that. Everyone knows GS has got the country by the ... and maybe they can decide direction. Question is, what happens with all that debt and unemployment? How does that factor in?
Personally I hope your right. I swing both ways though. uh, I mean in the market.

Re: Deep Market Thoughts…There are NO Guru’s!

Alexander Elder talks about Gurus. The real excuse is, it works.
Is this administration really so popular around the world with the people that matter. I think they laugh behind his back. all just my opinion of course.
Government intervention? The smart people were talking about bankruptcy before the first bailout. How ever many Billions later to learn, uhhh, maybe that's an option. Imagine if you did that when you traded. Keep buying, buying, buying until finally realize it's not working.

Right now to top it off, I'm watching on BBC those idiots trying to park Obamas limousine, hilarious.

Re: Is There a CHAOS ‘Tipping Point’?

Thanks Soren, I'm going to delete my account and start over.

Re: Is There a CHAOS ‘Tipping Point’?

Revolution coming. The Gov is going to try and nationalize . Works in Sweden, can't work here. Our politicians are not smart or honest enough to do the same. Even if they try and take it, fix it and give back, I don't think their capable.
On another note, I can't get my tweets to publish @ stocktwits. $$ Any idea why. I constantly have the updates of people I'm following on Twitter not show up and have to go back, unfollow and follow again. I know you don't own Twitter, but.....maybe you know something.

Re: "What The %@&# Is Wrong With Me?"

Indeed, thanks.

Re: Fear Not The Market

be smart, don't gamble.
Stamp that on my forehead please.

Re: Twitter….What Would You Pay?

I say you are right Mr. Lindzon. Yesterday someone tweeted an article from a guy who predicted that Twitter would become irrelavant. I don't think so. Just using stocktwits as an examlpe if you please, I work out in the field and just have my blackberry with me. I can pretty much follow what the market is doing any given day, away from any charts, just by reading tweets, I can tell basicly what the market is doing at any given moment, and I can make an informed trade or two from my phone even. Not day trading of course. And it works. Really.
So my prediction is Twitter will be around for a long time, and become even more useful and used than other social networks.

Re: Charting 101.4

Although I am certainly not in the same class as you guys, I too find myself having a much easier time buying puts than rising stocks.
