It's goal is more centered around media sharing. Worth checking out?

Re: Why Facebook’s Change in Privacy Settings is Detrimental to Users

It becomes kind of tedious to have to go back into your profile and delete your recent activity every time you comment on someone's link or join a Fan Page. A lot of people don't want their entire page filled with recent activity. It definitely discourages one from actively participating in conversation. It also doesn't translate to iPhone where you cannot see what "recent activity" is being posted on your page. More of a nuisance than anything else.

Re: Lockerbie Bombing Suspect Released and Controversy Grows (UPDATED)

It's shocking that he was welcomed as a hero. I'm all for compassion and to let him die at home is a great gesture but it's so political because who else would receive that same treatment? Even though his conviction is being questioned, that may be another tactic to make his release seem less opportunistic. Here are some more perspectives: http://www.newsy.com/videos/release_of_a_terrorist_or_a_dying_man

Re: Louise Palanker

Awe! This is already an extreme right view and I feel the right is trending to more moderate views as the youth of the party expands. Sucking up to "religious extremists" is not going to help save a dying party because that's a small faction. They will vote Republican regardless. Do you agree with the sentiment that the GOP is becoming obsolete?
http://tinyurl.com/qvsjfv

Re: Sunday Talk Shows Open Thread

Are there any good candidates for the GOP come 2012? I mean I don't think the entire party is becoming obsolete, but America and particularly the Republican party is becoming a little more moderate and causing large chasms between the "rich old white man" Republican and the younger more accepting. Why imprison an innocent man if you don't have to? You would think they would want to say positively that their court made the right decision. I understand this may open up a line of prisoners asking for post-conviction DNA testing, but what's the harm in defending your innocence? My only question is why the test was not done initially?
http://www.newsy.com/videos/supreme_court_shoots_down_dna_appeal

Re: Palau ‘Honored’ To Take Chinese Detainees

I'm sure in negotiations with all the other countries there was money involved and none of them offered to take in the ex-detainees. SO this really was a humanitarian effort. And it shows Palau isn't scared of China.
http://tinyurl.com/l2p8se

Re: Chrysler Files Chapter 11

I think its good that they have a "second chance" with a little help.
