(Joke)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd have to agree with you that there is a slight disconnect that has been happening, as it becomes more popular, however the fact that PS has replied to an IM through his website to me baffles me... he has more important things to do, right?! It reconnects that disconnect.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;His fast talking cracks me up, and I have to say, I've learned a ton from him by just observing. I've given my first Social Media consultation yesterday and will be doing more. HARO was one of the things I spoke about.
