I think about this same thing A LOT. I think people get swept up in complicated diets and measurements and not being able to afford gym equipment, etc. and then feel like giving up because they're not reaching goals or deadlines or they're not able to afford to lose weight. Weight loss and weight maintenance are all about common sense. It might not always be easy but common sense is MUCH easier than over-complicating things.

Yes, the premise is that men can back their heels up to the wall and touch their toes while women can't. I think it's all a ploy to get you to fall flat on your face (which I almost did many times in trying WHILE trying to photograph). I hypothesize that only Canadian people can do it because of their legendary lack of posteriors.
