Can you point them out to us. Wouldn't it help to start seperating out who is responsible so we can put pressure where it belongs. I just read thru some of each of the bills and do not see the particulars you are referencing. Isn't there a way to shine light on each of the parts of this bill to identify where the earmarks exist and remove them? I read 9,000 yesterday and 8,000 from you today. Sorry, but that's just a number to me without identification. Can you clarify them with more detail.

Re: "Trillion with a T: How to Spend a Trillion Dollars"

You said more eloquently the exact point I wanted to make.
Thank you.

Re: "Trillion with a T: How to Spend a Trillion Dollars"

President Obama graduated from Harvard Law Magna cum Laude which put him in the top 10% of the graduating class. That is quite an accomplishment you must admit.
I do not call him my 'Savior'. I consider him the best man for the job at this time. If McCain had won the election I would support him as my president especially in these critical times. I think we as a nation need to work together to get us out of the hole that's been dug. My point is you can't just keep saying NO. Come up with a better plan and let's sit down and try to work out a compromise.

Re: "Trillion with a T: How to Spend a Trillion Dollars"

Why are you so proud of voting NO on the Recovery Bill? Every email I have received from you proudly announces your rejection of this bill. You also voted NO on the Lilly Ledbetter bill that ensures equal pay for men AND women in the workplace. In reading other comments it looks like you have a faily equal count of conservative and liberals in your district. As such I would think you should know that ALL of us want representation from you.
I voted for Bush 8 years ago and have deeply regretted my error. Look what has become of our nation since he and Cheney took over our country and committed us to two disasterous wars not to mention the lives lost and the huge amount of money wasted. I see Obama as hope for our country and support him with all my heart and energy . In these extreme times why can't our country come together. What I read here is two philosophies looking at the same situation and drawing totally different views. I will vote in the next Arizona election for the person who has worked to bring our country together to solve our problems not keep us apart by party.
