This is the only solution which avoids the erratic&lt;br&gt;(intermittent) generation by wind and solar.  This is a big favor&lt;br&gt;to the rest of the E.U. countries who desparately need fossil&lt;br&gt;fuel for whatever amount of their generation isn't renewable.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Why should France be penalized and subsidize other countries, or&lt;br&gt;am I missing something?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Regards . . .&lt;br&gt;   Jim S.
