We have all those things in place. For competing globally we need to pass the subjects of their country and the fees are so high.. how many CA can afford those. Here we allowed them without any regulations... They employing us and earning huge profits.. These are the firms which are invovled in huge amounts of Frauds...? Whose financial base is very strong... do you think small Firms will able to compete with them...?? People in this country does not have practical sense..
