I must have grown up in a different Boise, because I only recognized 1 or 2 on that list. I was a little young and I know and technically lived in Meridian but definitely don't understand the group.

But seriously, it seems weird to put someone in charge of 2 very different formats. Especially when you have 2 very similar formats who don't have official leadership.

This is not a copyright issue, it is a trademark issue. I don't understand how ASCAP or BMI would even be able to get involved. Copyright and these organizations are about the artistic value of the works played on the station. Unless they consider the name of the station and artistic statement, it is a simple issue of trademark.
