Duh? Can't you read what the article said? He needs to use an interpreter to convey the messages to the workers, yet they denied his request and gave him the compute program called Dragon Naturally Speaking. Tell me how does that work for him? Pray and tell.....*glare*

Harry, her other sister can talk to her since they both understand each other well even though other people may not understand a deaf sister's speech except her own sister. My kids understand me very well when I talk to them but other people don't because they grew up learning to decipher my speech even though we use ASL sometimes.

And my great aunt uses her computer to surf and skype with her daughter and grandkids and even great grandkids. She's 90 years old. So what's big deal?

WTF?!? Calling his ASL bizarre?!? Deaf people and CDI (certified deaf interpreter) tend to be very animated which is very norm. Bizarre is somewhat far fetched and insulting.
Facial expressions are very important to the Deaf Community because it's similar to the voice tone to hearing people.

He is a piece of work and truly ignorant. *smh* I would keep interrupting him by asking him if he had ever tried to plug his ears and turn off computer sound volume and try to watch a Deaf person using ASL on YouTube. That may NOT make any damn impact. So that is somewhat audistic in the making. *smh*

Wow....that is unbelievable! I'm stunned how could they treat Deaf like low functioning people who couldn't learn anything except the leisure things. I'm truly disgusted how they treat you like second class citizen.

That's powerful vlog! I love it. Everyone needs to be educated on how to handle their children's sexual preferences with support and love. Even though at the beginning, they'd feel grief and hurt but in time, that would heal with love and support.
