Even with the curb call app, what professional agent is going to "just" show up to open the doors to a home to someone they don't know. Perhaps there is no agent, is a homeowner going to do the same. I don't think so.

Great advice here - especially love the winter pictures left in well until the summer. This is huge disservice to the seller and many don't even realize how it affects their showings and ultimately the sale of their home.

Drew - They were new to my market when I hired them, but know they have expanded since and I'm not sure how many markets they are in.

There is a lot more to an IDX system besides what shows up on the front end. These are some of the features I specifically like about Sierra.*The ability to easily break down the information into a consumer friendly format and an unlimited range of searches.
*Back end lead management is excellent
*Detail pages are thorough and well designed
*Staff and support are phenomenal

I get a lot of positive feedback and for now, no one else here has the same system.

That's not to say the other companies don't also exhibit the same qualities. It's been awhile since I've used another, so they may all have the same benefits now. IDX and back end systems are always evolving :)

Having had the opportunity to use 4 of the 6 mentioned, there are pros and cons to each of them. One I would add to the list and the one I currently use is Sierra Interactive.

Great app! I work between iCal and Google Calendar since my website email runs through Google Apps. Soon, I'm going to have to choose only one calendar. I love my Mac, but also love the flexibility of Gmail and Google Apps.

There are so many social media platforms. The key for me was to choose the three that work for me and limit my time there. I was getting burned out for awhile.

Being good, doing good, loving and giving of yourself often opens a path to rejection and disappointment. It's human nature....some are more giving than others and some people don't have it in them to be givers. Above all, though, you have to be true to yourself and the good you desire, the love you cherish will come to you. It just may not be where you expected to find it.

I"ve noticed a lot fewer comments on FB in the past few months, many are just using the "like" button now without commenting. If you knew every comment were subject to a Google search, would you guard what you say? I think many people will and we can expect more SEO laden comments.

I never knew about the medicinal benefit of oranges, but have always loved the smell of orange. Orange blossoms in the early morning of spring is probably the most memorable, fresh scent in the world.

I usually like Subway and almost anything is better with avocados, in my opinion. Too bad this sandwich didn't live up to your expectations. When everything else disappoints, their cookies are the best. I like the white chocolate macadamia nut.
