It does work! One day I have a very heavy burden I keep in my heart. I don't want to share it to another person because I was ashamed for it. Then I became very weird. I acted like a children on my 26th and became so demanding for many things and mad when it's not fulfilled. That's terrible.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But when I decided to share it to my friend, my boyfriend exactly, we discussed about it. He encouraged me and I felt so light. The problem seemed gone and now I can live with joy and praise.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In fact, we have to forgive and accept ourselves rather than blaming others for what they haven't done. Sometimes we need others to open our eyes up and realize things better than forcing ourselves to understand the problem.
