Can't you tell? He states that Morgan is the city's best judge...NOT A CHANCE---You will never be the city's best judge. Your administrator does not speak for the city, despite what you and she think.

Oh, and only the city's best judge would refer to the court staff as "the back-stabbing clerk's office" Yep, that is what the city's best judge would say..

Re: Federal Way judicial candidates face off in forum for primary election - Federal Way Mirror

I see that Morgan (aka FederalWayan) made a comment. Who else, but Morgan, would go after the court staff? Hasn't he done that since the beginning? So now the clerks are at fault for not quitting? Why should they? "they are just a coffee club of Non-elected, insubordinate court employees" - Just how is Federal Way Court rated nationally as doing a good job if your court staffers are doing nothing?

Also you state: " I suppose they are looking for a nice severance. I wonder who is going to foot the bill for all that severance? Oh, yeah, you and me." - who do you think is footing your "bill" for suing the City?

If you were railroaded by your insubordinate court staff and all of this is caused by them, why did it take the Supreme Court 1 day to rule against you? Oh, I know because, "It is hard for a judge to rule in favor of another judge. And all the luck you have been having is, bad. Yep...it was bad luck. It has nothing to do with the fact that no one bought into your excuses, not even the Supreme Court. The only ones that have are, Larsen, the administrator, and the new supervisor. It is either that or they too, are afraid what "nice" things you will write about them.

The clerks don't need to quit, you do. You can find another job where you can terrorize your "insubordinate employees." Just make sure you take Larsen, the administrator and the supervisor with you. You all make one hell of a team!!

Re: Federal Way court's fate goes on trial as city weighs options - Federal Way Mirror

Kochmar may be a fan of the court, but I don't think she or any of the other council members are a fan of Morgan. It appears that council and the city are done w/Morgan and the administrator's "management styles" They have cost the city and citizens a lot of money. Morgan does something wrong and management writes a letter to justify his behavior. What other court administrator writes letters to a newspaper to justify a judge's behavior? None. And now, the court administrator is training the new supervisor to follow in her footsteps.

Re: City considers terminating Federal Way Municipal Court - Federal Way Mirror

What is wrong with the prosecutors? Why don't you stop being lazy. Have you spoken to a court employee? And what are they telling you? How do they feel? What is the truth? Once again, I find it hard to believe that any one of the court employees would be willing to share their thoughts with anyone, let alone you (a supporter of morgan). Don't you get it? They can't talk to anyone. There is no support there for them. Management is busy writing letter after letter defending/covering up their screw-ups. Human Resources tried to investigate and was shut down.. Stephenson Report...Do your research - Why is this happening? What is GR29?
Could it be possible that maybe some of these comments are coming from those who work for the city? And maybe they know more than you? Maybe they work directly or indirectly with court employees and are trying to speak out for them since the court employees can't themselves for fear of retaliation and termination. Don't you think that the recent termination of Cindy Roque might be a constant reminder of what will happen to them if they speak out? Their union can only do so much. No one has experience with this type of situation. Don't see many attorneys who are willing to take on the judge for the court employees. Who has experience in this? The "truth" is that the court employees are stuck. They need their jobs and just want to go to work. Why do they have to pay for all the drama that morgan, larson, the administrator and now new supervisor are constantly and continually creating. Wasn't it reported that morgan said that if he is going down, then he is taking others with him. I guess that means the court employees and the city are going to be those "taken down", because morgan has to win at all costs. What a great place to work, visit, and stay...in Federal Way...
PS: Rocketcop rocks!!

Re: Federal Way judges file for re-election; updates on city council candidates - Federal Way Mirror

UW Student - Are you sure Morgan isn't paying you write these comments in the hope of downplaying his role in this whole scandal? You tell us to educate ourselves. So how does "knowing a couple employees" educate you? Are you saying the employees are telling you that these judges are honorable? I find that hard to believe when there has never been a comment from any "current" employee to any media outlet. Why, are you the one person they would confide in, especially since you are such a huge supporter of Morgan? From what I understand, the last time the employees spoke out about what was going on, Morgan filed a lawsuit to block the release (The Stephenson Report). So, your comment about making public records requests, only applies to records that would help Morgan, not ones that might show a different or unfavorable side? You do know that the CJC found that Morgan did make threatening comments to court employees and discussing matters of sexual nature with his staff. But we are to believe that your knowing a couple of employees makes your comments more credible? I doubt it.

Your comment that new judges would have to rely on the staff to ease their transition is interesting. Who do you think helped Morgan ease his transition from public defender to judge? He had no prior experience as a judge. And believe it or not, he had to rely on his staff at times to bring him up to speed, much like any other person stepping into the role of a new judge.

And why would you say that dealing with staff that is in a union would not be easy? Well, I guess that would be true if you you believe threatening to fire staff and discuss matters of a sexual nature is acceptable behavior in the workplace. Ya, I can see where that might be a problem. You idiot.
