Hi Kristine! Thank you so much for such a wonderful article about ISAR's International Homeless Animals' Day 2014! Thanks to the NEPA Adoption Animal Network and the Eastern PA Animal Alliance, there is a low-cost spay/neuter mobile coming to Scranton on Wed. August 18th. There are other dates and locations to check out for July, August and September - visit their website here: http://www.epaaonline.com/ and call to register.

Spaying/neutering is very important in the responsible pet parenting department and please, for the safety of your pets, keep them indoors.

This year's date is August 16, 2008. The date changes every year, but is always held on the third Saturday of August. Please visit ISAR's website at www.isaronline.org to check for an International Homeless Animals' Day observance in your area.
