wooooh! long time now! i love the latest updates! :D great stuff, but it looks like things are going quite slow, that's too bad.

What is it with this guy, why, i mean, how thick is his head, really? OBVIOUSLY there's more to it than farmers protecting their village, afterall, he was even warned. he's taking his opponents too lightly. NEVER underestimate your opponent.

Cuz if you overestimate them, you can only humiliate them, at worse. or doe he underestimate them out of economics? cant afford to use tactics? wait, that doesnt make sense.

hmmm... what happens when that fire gets out of control? im worried about the village now, not because of the militia, but because of the villagers' fire!

or maybe the wheat field (or whatever it was) is just far enough away...?

well in any case, im almost thinking the villagers are doing TOO well... but maybe that's just me?

We havent seen or heard from Ken since his game of Kadoosh, maybe he will still be behind the militia, and take them by surprise from behind (no, not surprise buttsecks guys!!!), slowing down the production of their bridge... or... maybe... he stole some armor and is already amongst them! :O

I think that should go without saying that a strategist such as her uncle would have spoken highly of more than just the game he favors for strategy, specifically how it applies to real-war situations. so surely, just by playing with her uncle, ina would have gained many pearls of wisdom pertinent to battle tactics.

Considering how effective her plans have been so far, i wouldn't doubt that they will be using the advantage of illusions. Considering, as well, that they are dealing with farmers, they have already underestimated them once, i believe they will wind up underestimating them again in, as you said, the woods, or town. they'll probably act scared and hide in their houses, where they conveniently keep their pitch forks out of sight, and hit the cavalry from behind when they think they're in the clear.

If they decide to push them into a wooded area, i cannot say, because i am giving the benefit of the doubt to the cavalry to be at least "smart" enough to know better than to ride into the tree line... cuz let's face it, the troops generally arent allowed to think for themselves, so we can only wait and see what Atsumori orders them to do once they cross the stream... IF they cross the stream... maybe the villagers have a secret stash of fireworks... >:D

actually i dont think ina's plans include death, but probably dont advise against it either. something tells me ina isnt planning for war in the sense of defeating your enemy through death, but humiliation.
