I wonder how she got to be a principal, her intelligence is not shown by her actions.She could have rented a room at a seedy motel or something and would get away with banging the student a second time (if he agreed of course). Now she is going to spend more $$$ working on her divorce, I am sure her husband will do his best to leave her without anything and it serves her right. Hope it was worth it while it lasted.

A 3 month old baby does not search for a bag and puts it on his/her head. Looks like that poor child was suffocated with the bag or was left with the bag on the face while momma partied.

These people are filthy rich, what they do with their money is their private own business. It would be news if she was using campaign money, or funds from the state, or Federal funds, but her husband's and hers money is theirs to do whatever they want with it.
In all the cases, whether Republican or Democrat, the wives or children have nothing to do with the Presidency; it's the President the one who has to show his love for the country, his respect for his fellow Americans, his integrity in every transaction, and his courage to fight those who are against us. Let the family of the candidates or the President enjoy life and enjoy the money they have.

Congratulations to the parents, at least your other son survived and is in good health!
What bothers me is the fact that the driver is out on bail. This was no accident, and it is proven because he never came forward. Once he was caught, he should have been locked up. Had the guy at the body shop not seen the news, this man would have gotten away with murder, plain and simple. He better serve time for that innocent life he took!

Had he been so ill, he should have been confined to a mental institute a long time ago where he could not harm himself or others, but he was free to do cocaine, burglary, treaspassing, etc; is that the new version to be called "mentally ill"?

SAY WHAT!!!!!???? Released from jail? It seems that all it takes is to smell like alcohol or show signs of drugs to get released from jail.
This was NO accident. For a second I was happy the man had come back to turn himself in and I believed that he was probably scared but when I read ALCOHOL, that makes my blood boil. The man should stay locked up. He hit two people, he killed a man, the other is in critical condition; two families are suffering, I know his mother is suffering knowing that what she has told him so many times went to deaf ears; DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE ALEJANDRITO!!!
Heck NO! Alejandrito should be in jail, he is an irresponsible SOB and should pay for what he has done!

I hope they get a taste of what they did to the victim as a welcome in jail. In my opinion, they have not rehabilitation; they could have stolen whatever they wanted from the victim but they needed to show their violent side to feel more macho. There is no hope for those three.

May the deceased rest in peace and may the other rider make a full recovery. I really do not know why there are so many deaths on the Rickenbacker. As some people say in their comments here, it is a suicidal ride, however, even though I do not know the whole story and I don't know what part of the causeway the riders were on, every morning, I see drivers doing zig zag on the road which makes me think that many drivers at this time are either drunk or not awake yet. I have been very close to getting into an accident because of people in front of me and by my side doing this zig-zagging stuff, then the worse thing is that if you look they give you a nasty look as if saying "get out of my way". I also see drivers accelerate when they see a bicycle rider on the road as if to scare them.

I've been in a sauna quite often and everytime I feel it is too hot, I get out. It seems this poor man just did not have the chance or time to get out of the sauna.

I'm sorry this man died this way, and I am sure it could have been avoided. If he had a medical condition, perhaps he just had a heat stroke and died; it is very possible that is what happened. Suing so many people for this tragedy seems to me like someone is in need of some vacation $$$$$.

The church did not refuse to do the services, they only wanted to take the part that was offensive to the church according to the bible.
If it had been a gang member, the church would not desire to show a film of the gang member beating up an old homeless man, or if the deceased was a drug dealer or user, the church would not want to show a film of the dealer making a sale or someone snorting coke as part of "his/her" life.

I believe they did not want to offend the deceased; they only wanted not to offend their own principles and those of the other church members.
