I agree. I'm also concerned because Jack Black has a track record of big hits like with Pick of Destiny, School of Rock and Be Kind Rewind but he also has some horrible misses most recently Year One.

That's a bummer. I checked and I don't have them anymore. Now I wish I had posted full files on the post originally, they were omitted in a good faith effort to the original source of the material. Like Joss I will have to learn when dealing with Fox.

yeah it was really cool because I set up a tarp on the inside roof so that rain was shunted away but because it was on the inside you could not tell anything was there from the outside. After reading the book I did elevate the floor some bringing it off of the ground some and adding a board to sit on to put distance between me and the beetles.

The movie is optioned which means someone has shown interest in the project but it's at such an early stage they still may not have a producer yet. For now we get to enjoy Love Bites.

It's so true Genre shouldn't be used as a weapon to hurt good story. It was intended as a tool to aid readers in finding similar works and to help inspire writers to create new ways of telling old stories. The main point should be telling the story in the most compelling way, asking the What If and dreaming the dream not what genre is it. Even movies and TV are suffering from this restrictive genre it's probably why Japanese anime stories are so much better then a lot of American shows.

The Wolfman: Music by Danny Elfman a plus he is brilliant at scoring movies, Anthony Hopkins a plus he is talented and very good at bringing a skin crawling atmosphere to a film. A retelling of the werewolf tale peeks my interest. I like the look of the trailer, it has a very gothic and steampunk aesthetic. This is on the line between theater and renter.

Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief: Pierce Brosnan, Uma Thurman, and Sean Bean a plus. The trailers look ok but that is not enough to make it a theater.

The Crazies: a remake of the 1973 George A. Romero film, I commend them for the effort but I don’t have much hope it will be better then the original. It’s like hearing someone did a remake of a 70’s space opera, yea there are a lot of bad ones from that era that could due with a remake but then telling me it’s a George Lucas film and I will just laugh and wish you all the luck in remaking star wars. The trailer did a nice job building suspense giving me hope that it will be a good remake. I’m on the fence but I think this will be a renter for me.

Cop Out: rock out with your glock out… bitch you almost made me laugh. Not a Kevin Smith movie but he was brought on board to direct it. Tracy Morgan and Shawn William Scott also crack me up and a big plus. Definitely a theater.
