I never gave the neighbor any rights to search in my example... however they could keep an extra special eye and ear on the sex offenders. Maybe one of those laser mics that they have on the infomercials just point and listen. Maybe its a bit too far... I have always wanted to try one of those to see if it really works. Or the one that helps you remember your grocery list(that is a keeper).

They should have an online registry of sexual defenders as well(maybe someone that is at home during the day) so you feel more safe in a particular neighborhood knowing that someone is there to help or call the police. Call it neighborhood watch or maybe nosy Nancy but something where you can register online and become part of a network of people doing the same thing(maybe they have this already).

They would need to go through a series of mental tests(kidding, well sort of). IMO the fact that they feel the need to get this done makes me question their intelligence and sanity. If her nose was broken and it was affecting her breathing etc... there is no problem with that... If a woman's breasts were affecting her back etc then fine. I am going to like a woman who has good personality, brains, etc and as far as her physical features that would be a bonus, but not the deciding factor.

The only reason that people should result to plastic surgery is if it's to correct damage caused by an injury or disease. Otherwise I feel like I am being fooled by people that have this done. Almost like they are trying to trick you into liking them... If I was dating a woman that had this done, I would want a full disclosure. Do they have something like a "carfax" report where you can see if they have had their body "detailed" or any work done?
