Has the Federal government looked into the already approved federal law on immigration and how it is mirrored in the Arizona Law? The difference is that Arizona “WANTS TO” enforce the already existing Federal law instead of doing what the Federal agencies are doing which is “NOT” enforcing the law.
If you are legal then what is the issue? It is the illegal’s and their families that are making this an issue. And of course all the individual politicians, minority agencies/groups, and bleeding hearts are trying to get attention in the news.
The simple fact is the LAW is the LAW if you are illegal then you are breaking the LAW no matter how long you have been in the USA illegally.

Well now the city should watch the police as they speed by on the roads not going the speed limit as posted or going slow on major highways just to catch someone passing them while they create a traffic slowdown. How about when they take thier cars to the dinners is that legal?

I really do not understand the mentallity of these gang people. The Consulate employees were only doing thier job not siding with either gang but doing what they are hired to do.
The Mexican government needs to take chanrge and start executing the gang members when they find them instead of treating them with "kid gloves". We all know that our government and bleeding heart liberals will do nothing.

This appears as the school is just reacting instead of conducting a proper research and investigation of the routes the kids would have to walk to get to the school. There are many tings they have to consider - crosswalks with children crossing signs, properly posted speed signs allowing for children walking, intersection lights, flashing lights identifying children crossing/walking, and crossing gaurds. The parents need to ask to see the report done by the transportation staff as taxpayers they have the right to see a copy. Saving or reducing scholl expenses and cost is good but not atthe expense of the children or parents.

Yes, too many men and women get so angry in times of stress to lose thier logical minds and take it out on young children. We've all lost it at one time or another it is just that people react to stressful situations in different ways. This has been documented in many cases the fact is was this guy in a stressful frame of mind and just lost it and acted without thinking. The fact is that it was not intentional makes this a very objective call by the Prosecutor to seek it as a capital murder case instead of an child abuse resulting in a accidental death case or involuntary manslauther case. I think the DA's office is just going on what they believe society wants and that is to seek this case as a capital murder case.

I am sadden to hear that the General is going to retire! He has let the system beat him down and allow the Obama "YES MEN" win over his outstanding accomplishments. I am sure that the Obama administration will strip him of his four star rank as an added stroke to beat this General down. I do understand that his replacement Gen. David Petraeus has also done great things but have we forgotten that we still are fighting in Iraq with troops still in harmsway! The news media seems now to only focus on the other war zone Afghanistan.
Does anyone realize that the General and his staff was drinking in a Pub when the reporter was taking down the conversations under the influence of alcohol. The administration's feelings got hurt hearing the truth about how they were running the war efforts. Even the Joint Chiefs would not back one of thier own!!!

The city needs to invest in some zig zag ramps for the disabled to use. It would be more long lasting and cheaper to maintain. These ramps can be build in less than a week and be ready for use. This is not rocket science City Manager!

Wow!! Reading the comments sent in confirms what I suspected as true that most write in without any thinking.
The question is what would have happened if the horse started to run down the street or what injuries could have happened if there were passengers in the carriage? Why did the biker hang around after scaring the horse? The answers would have been that the carriage and passengers would have wrecked and possible serious injuries to all riding with some property damage. The biker stayed around to stir up the horse and driver, being a tough guy scaring the horse with the loud noise. The carriage driver may have been in fear for not only his life but for his horse and perhaps passengers.

I believe it was a situation where one thought they had it undercontrol and the other thought the same. Questions to ask are : Why was the door unlocked? Why was that kid still sleeping at 10 am in the morning? Was there no child protective locks on the doors? That 17 year old boy needs to get a job.

To add to my comments I also want to say that after listening to Obama last night on the news cast it made it very clear that he has no clue what is going on. His feelings and ego got hurt by the Rolling Stone article and had sir come to political pressures to let the General go. But the truth is the truth and now in selecting General Petraeus he is doing a cover up and damage control. And of course the American people will forget that a great General has fallen to the side of the Obama administration. Now he has in place a "YES SIR MAN".

If telling the truth makes Gen. Stanley McChrystal an outsider then ALL Americans should stand behind him for telling Obama and his administration what they are doing wrong in supporting the troops.

Remember they called him out of retirement to do the job and when he does they fire him.

Yet another proof that Obama administration, Democratic party, and Obama himself has no clue when it comes to the military, running a war effort, and supporting the men and wemon of the Armed Services. So far his contribution to the United States and the American prople is exactly ZERO!!!!

What in the world is that town’s school committee thinking!!! What are the stats on elementry kids getting pregnant or even having sex? I do agree with rabidfuzzybunny that this seems to be a case of parental supervision not the school making policy in giving out condoms. This must be a town that has kids going wild with the parents being unaware of what is going on with thier kids. The first action of that town is to remove all sex ads, computer games that indicate sex, block all computers for access to sex sites, movies that show sex sceens then conduct sex education class and make them mandantory for everyone that lives int that town.

This is nothing but a way for the administration to appear to the public as being in charge. They asked this General to come out of retirement to run thier war and he has done a good job. Now that he has had first hand look at the war efforts and the administrations support or lack of support he can firmly say truthfully what is wrong with the war and the non-support of the administration. Because of this the administration wants to make him out to be the bad guy and not what they consider a team player. All the General wants to do is get the administration and congress support to get the job done and done right with the right support. The soldiers and family members along with supporters of the troops should now stand behind this General and not let this circus continue but let the truth come out.

The green Toyota that ran the stoplight is the cause of the accident this to me is the major cause with all other crashes contibuting to the massive pile up. The driver of the Toyota is the one that should be charged with manslaughter for killing his passenger. The tractor-trailer that broadsided the Toyota may also be at fault if he was speeding through the intersection hitting the Toyota then cuasing the secondary accident slamming into Montemayor's Chrysler that killed her.

This comes as no surprise since the stiff necks that run this town along with their high nose partners think it demeans women do be doing this job along with influencing their children. My question to them is have you had your eyes closed when going around this town - young women are wearing their clothes so skimpy and wide open that it is like they are on a beach front. The parents of these kids don't mind if their children dress that way why should the workers at this establishment be punished or belittled for making a living. Look around and you can see adult women dressing the same way in skimpy and revealing clothes all over town.

If the police know what happened outside then someone had to have seen what was going on and told police. How about the ex-wife and her associates there must have been a reason for the raid of the home. Police need to tie these things together, how about a trace on the call he got to whom made the call to him. Sounds like it was a setup to get him outside.
