Spot on. GAE is still a PIECE OF SHIT. Thankfully, I used its free service just to do the proof of concept and then, thanks to such horror stories posted all around the web, I KNEW I had to get off GAE IMMEDIATELY when the site began to show some promise. Thanks google and fuck you.

Doesn't really surprise me considering the fact that the US is diluting their hard-earned USD denominated "savings" into oblivion. And frankly, the Chinese had it coming and they are morons if they didn't expect it. Their massive dollar/UST hoard is illiquid and completely worthless at this point - indeed, a "toxic" asset in the truest sense of the word.

Deflation or Inflation - it will all eventually end in tears of hyperinflation (which has little to do with "normal" inflation - well, as "normal" as a process of continuous theft can be called). The spikes - both up and down - should get ever more violent as we proceed toward the final resolution - a currency collapse.

I would say assessing market direction is the most important thing. If you can't then don't trade until you can. Trading too much can also be detrimental you know. Like Jesse Livermore once said, you also have to know when NOT to trade. So my advice would be to step aside and just observe things for a while - may be do some research to try to figure out what's going on. I would recommend studying what happened in Argentina as that has the most parallels to what is happening in the US today.

The equity market seems to be pricing in some sort of impending major devaluation of the currency. I'm seeing other evidence as well which points to this being the case. Get into the safety of PM's right now. It's time to stop picking pennies infront of the steamroller. I know it's not making sense, but if you look at it this way it DOES. Just read about what happened in Argentina.
