"Manchester City's new owner Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim considered buying into Arsenal, it has been revealed.

The Mail on Sunday says meetings took place with Arsenal stakeholder Alisher Usmanov earlier this year, with a view to buying his 24 per cent holding.

The Abu Dhabi United Group would have had to pay a premium on the shares in order to gain a foothold at Arsenal, but Usmanov was only willing to sell a proportion of his stake, meaning negotiations eventually foundered.

The deal for all Usmanov's shares could have reached £180m and would have made ADUG the biggest shareholders in Arsenal, owning marginally more then director Danny Fiszman."

We are not going to sign anybody IMO and we'll yell at Wenger why didn't he buy someone?!? Cos i think Denilson will fail , he needs to learn more and our midfiield can't be hold by 19 year old unexperienced.

And Wenger answer on this will be

"We didn't find quality , as i said we were looking for quality and we didn't find it."
And if someone gets injured he'll say

"If i knew that 2 of your midfielders would get injured in 1 week i would have bought a defencive midfielder"

And when we'll finish 3rd in the league with few points more then last season, he'll say

"We were better then last season and i know that we'll even better next season"
And again we'll sell like few of our key midfielders and again and again and again. FFS !
