I am quite sure that the author meant no disrespect in glamorizing a controversial occupation, nor to strike any sensitive memories on your part. However, from an observing female's point of view, one who frequents and delights in exotic dance clubs year round, I can say with all honesty that it is beautiful entertainment. Sure I would never venture to say every dancer has a great career and is treated like royalty. It is simply a fantasy created to entertain human customers, from my side of the fence. Not all the customers are bad, out to fondle, or get the most 'bang' for their buck. I enjoy spending lots of green on all kinds of entertainers because I truly appreciate and respect their talent and artistry, despite whatever reasons they are having to do so, and I am most content to simply watch. And everyone has a different experience. It is unfortunate for those who suffer from a threatening environment, be it male created or otherwise and it should never have happened. Either way I loved this story and it is a fantasy of mine to be placed in a role like that of Sophia/Lisa; wonderful writing.

Re: Erotica Short Story - Skinny Man

I've met many men exactly like this in the south with the same look and slow, deliberate, kind wording and accent. Physically they were not someone you'd want to throw yourselves at but they had a charm; a hard working man's simplicity. It's an air of, 'you're a woman, I'm a man-if you let me, i'll treat you right, just the way you need. Nothing more, nothing less.' They were exciting in their own way.

Re: Impressionism

It's as if I can smell the panties.

Re: Sexy Free Erotica - Room 1405, Seattle

Lovely.

Re: The Rendezvous

Brilliant.

Re: Rapping, Reddening and 'Rithmetic

Very, ehem Cheeky.
