now i have something to go by and learn from as i desire to do something just like this focused on a different topic. i already have an interview scheduled this week and i did the first part of a different interview about 2 weeks ago. nice timing, kirsten.

Hot! idea posted on the forum thread for the town halls...hot off the "press", only 5 hours young.

the Hot! idea...a tutor mentoring program.
we could have a mentoring program/system for tutors of japanese. the post is essentially what we talked about in one of the town halls, put out there in a formal manner ready for discussion, volunteers, and potential "protégés".

related to another idea that came up in the town hall, to simulate teacher-training & peer evaluations, the mentors could attend the classes of protégés. and, if it works out, the program could be nice to have for other languages & subjects. but, i'm going to focus on japanese, for now.

back to the immediate issue...
if ur a tutor and u want to be a mentor or a protégé, get ur name and voice on that thread!
