A friend of ours that has been a nurse for several years said that God really had His hand on him because she said in all of her years as a nurse she had never seen someone come that close to dying, and actually live. He was in a hospital in Dallas called Children’s Medical Center for almost 2 weeks so that he could learn how to manage his diabetes and now he also has a pump and can do his own shots and basically does everything on his own. It has been so amazing watching how something so horrible can bring a family so much closer. I guess you never really think about how much you love someone until you almost lose them. Any way I just wanted to say thanks for all you do, you are a huge inspiration for him just showing him that even though he has this disease he can still fallow his dreams!!!
