Hi Guys, I have been running square circles with this for the past 8 months. I was advised to open a Xoom.com account, direct your withdrawal into your PayPal account (in other words draw your earnings in PayPal down into Xoom) - then Xoom.com your money into South Africa, they deal with most of our banks.

Flowchart = Your Money in PayPal withdrawal request in Xoom (withdraw up to $2 999) : Xoom to SA Bank.
"If you choose to use Paypal, you'll be prompted to sign-in to your Paypal account. (In other words you authorize withdrawal out of PayPal to an American Bank Xoom - this is there instruction) - Authorization for these funding sources reaches Xoom very quickly - usually it is within a few minutes and then your money transfer will be on it's way." PS: I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS YET - BUT IT LOOKS FEASIBLE. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE with this ongoing SAGA-Hangaas..

Thanks Gideon, I tried the last BaB launch, but got on board way too late, however it was a huge learning curve. Also found assistance with a technical guy with my second launch of a site and placed the video (my 1st one) onto my main blog. Battling to cope with automateyourlist.com (aWeber) - that is with time and keeping up with the work load, my problem! Just to let you know that the automateyourlist.com is aweber and I got a very substantial discount taking on an annual subscription. No sales yet but I will get there. Joined Blog Mastermind and MSM, but have not even started those two courses yet! Yup time, I really don't know where it goes, I need some of it back LOL

If you have skills - irrespective of who the person is, whether you obtained a piece of paper, or learned via the long hard road. An opportunity within a three month probation should be arranged with the most suitable candidate. A Formal Agreement put in place and signed that the probation is to acquire knowledge as the whether the candidate will be able to perform the requirements set out.

Hi Guys,

For those who are still thinking about joining......

I started out on Become a Blogger then set off to join two of Yaro's other courses. As a green 'Newbie' I found this manner of mentoring exceptional. You can download the courses and do them at your own pace.

Getting into the Forum is a massive bonus with a lot of interaction between all bloggers that join.

Telephone conferences are great, unfortunately I am unable to get onto the live calls - due to time zone where I live, but I have downloaded and listened in to quite a few of the calls whilst working away on projects.

If you decide to join up - you will definitely be making a good decision. This is a lifetime decision, this does not close the doors on you in six months or a year, as mentioned I have been at it since Dec 2008. Have yet to complete one or two of courses all the way (time), however I know they will not just disappear - so will get to them.

Become a Blogger I worked through all the way and found it really awesome.

Thanks for this write up, being a member of the online community for just over a year I must be honest, people indicate "it is good to join XYZ", nobody strips it down as to how to actually use the site correctly.

For me, this is now happening in hindsight, having loaded and joined, I find myself backtracking, checking the etiquette and only now beginning to slot the various applications into my business correctly.

Thanks, this really spells it out for everyone, business online is exactly the same as offline. Treat each other with respect and friendships form naturally. Thanks for a excellent breakdown of each social site. This was written in 2008 now 2010 and the rule still applies!

FaceBook have opened NetworkedBlogs and a Marketing spot for those who wish to do marketing - I have tried to split the private from the business, unfortunately not quick enough.

Unfortunately many do not control their money and being online, it is like being in a sweet shop with so much to look at and then you buy. A month or so later you find it was not quite what you needed, so learning how to control your wallet is a must!

There are so many laws being implemented and very few police them - so why add additional laws?

Small business' battle to keep up with excessive laws, most entrepreneurs try their best to serve the customer in all honesty.

With professional scammer's and rogues out there, sadly some still reveal their private credentials without checking the source.

Are the laws being written to protect the consumer or just enrich others?

Thanks for a good article. Recommending must be an honest appraisal of someone with whom you have worked, or has done work for you. If people venture into recommending others in order to gain a reciprocal recommendation, it takes the positive influence out of the system. So by being honest with oneself not accepting adhoc recommendations, you won't leave yourself open to being questioned on your own integrity.
